My 10-week training program, based in Santa Monica, CA, is divided into two focused phases built around your goals. You’ll train with me three times per week, immersing yourself in an approach that blends integrated movement techniques with guidance on nutrition and recovery.

 

Throughout this experience, you’ll not only build strength and mobility but also develop a deeper understanding of how to align your body’s mechanics for lasting well-being. Together, we’ll explore strategies that support both physical and mental resilience, ensuring you leave each session with tools to enhance your quality of life.
